Quick Tip: Restoring Closed Tabs

We sure do love keyboard shortcuts. It’s a great way to get the most out of your computer experience with the least amount of stress.

What happens if you accidentally close a browser tab you were needing?

While it can be annoying, it’s easily remedied. Just press Control (or Command on a Mac), Shift and T to restore a previously closed tab. Alternately, if you use the Google Chrome browser, you may right-click anywhere in the tab bar, choose reopen closed tabs, and then continue working.

In the Safari browser on Mac, you may use the standard Undo shortcut by pressing Command+Z immediately after closing a tab. You can also click Undo Close Tab from the Edit menu.
