When using Windows 11 in S Mode, you can visit the Microsoft Store to download and install other web browsers. However, Edge will be set as your default web browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Long story, short:<\/strong> Only apps downloaded from the Microsoft Store are permitted, and users are need to have Microsoft Edge installed in order to conduct secure web browsing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Security is enhanced, since malware cannot infiltrate through the internet in S Mode.
